Larry Schultz will present on the Water Management of Today. This will cover some interesting ideas. Larry is with the Natural Resource District our of ORD. The is an educator for the NRD. He will have a water table for display.
We will also have Jim Jones of the South Loup River area tell of his early water rights that he has that has been KEPT up over the years FROM pioneer days.
